On the future light rail line on Derech Hebron Street, we are facilitating the demolition project of the building at 2 Gadalia Street as well as the preservation of the adjoining building at 8 Miriam HaCheshmonait Street, including approx. 20 existing units and the reconstruction of approx. 90 residential units in two residential buildings of about 10 floors each, on top of a commercial floor and public spaces.
